1、双认证含义
现在俄罗斯所有大学要求学生在入系之前必须提供国内学历公证书的双认证，所谓双认证就是中国外交部和俄罗斯驻中国领事馆的认证。即在公证书最后一页加盖中国外交部和俄罗斯驻中国领事馆的印章，表示双边承认。
